Bio: I am from a small town in Idaho called Fruitland. I grew up playing sports, enjoying school, and spending time with my family. My family and I love playing games, especially Settlers of Catan! :) I have an older sister, a twin sister, and a younger brother. I love hiking, camping, playing soccer, reading, and being with loved ones and family members. I have loved being in the nursing program and learning how to better serve those around me. I recently got married in December to my best friend and have one year of school left. I want to run for SNA 2nd Vice President because I have various experience serving in leadership positions through sports, church, and other extracurricular activities. I am a very organized, dedicated person and I know I would be the best candidate for this position. I will give my all to the College of Nursing and all the students who are a part of the nursing program. Leadership Experience: Captain of Girls Soccer team (high school), Captain of Track team (high school), Member of various committees in high school involved in leadership roles such as National Honor Society and Prom Committee, Captain of co-ed Intramural soccer team and Captain of co-ed intramural softball team (college), Young Woman’s Presidency (various positions), Relief Society presidency (2nd counselor), Co-chair for Activates Committee.

2nd Vice President Duties
• Attend and participate in all SNA board meetings
• Assume duties of the president when the president and 1st VP are absent
• With the 1st VP, coordinate class representatives and relay information to the representatives to announce in their classes
• Write and revise bylaws
• Chair of the College of Nursing Student Body elections
• Chair of Breakthrough to Nursing
• Facilities management (remind members to keep the SNA office clean and keep the refrigerator clean)
• Be an ex-officio member of various committees
