Biography
Dr. Adrianna Watson is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the College of Nursing. She has over 15 years of bedside experience as a charge nurse and nurse leader in the field of critical care.
Research Interests
Nursing workforce development and support through healthy work environments, continuing education, and care of vulnerable populations.Methods: Phenomenology, Mixed Methods, Integrative Literature Review
